Thermal transmittance measurement solutions for your building
In building energy assessment, one key metric stands out: the U-value (inverse of R-Value), or heat transfer coefficient. Explore our solutions for precise U-value measurement.
Get precise data on a building's energy efficiency
Our buildinggt series consists of UVAL Wired and UVAL Wireless. These are accurate and non-invasive measurement systems that deliver vital calculations for buildings, such as heat flux, temperature, and consequently U-Value.

Accurate. Non-Invasive. Plug & Play.
Traditionally, assessing a building's energy efficiency involved invasive inspections like dismantling walls to inspect materials or unreliable estimates from historical data.
Our calibrated, plug-and-play measurement kits provide reliable data for clear thermal efficiency evaluations. Both UVAL Wired and UVAL Wireless offer accurate, non-invasive assessments of thermal transmittance in various building envelopes, including walls, roofs, floors, and windows.

Which countries can I use the systems in?
Our UVAL Wired System may be purchased and used worldwide.
Meanwhile, the UVAL Wireless system is only available in Europe, most of Africa, and the Middle East. It employs a sub-GHz Communication link at 868 MHz.
What are the differences between the wired and wireless systems?
To view a detailed comparative table between the wired and wireless systems, please download our brochure.
Below is a summary of the key differences:
- UVAL Wireless supports up to 5 measurement points per system, offering greater flexibility in data collection. UVAL Wired only allows 1.
- UVAL Wireless allows for data collection and monitoring from a distance, enhancing convenience and efficiency. Wired systems require direct access for data retrieval.
- UVAL Wireless provides direct measurements for U-Value, R-Value, and Lambda Value. UVAL Wired provides only U-Value measurements; R-Value needs to be calculated separately.
Is the software included?
Yes, software and subsequent updates are free.
